About Your Visit

Goodman Eye Center Information
It is very likely that your pupils will be dilated with special eye drops. This is to allow the doctors the opportunity to carefully evaluate you for glaucoma, cataracts, and to allow a detailed retinal examination. Most patients are able to drive home safely themselves after the dilated examination. If you are concerned about driving home alone, we would encourage you to bring a driver with you. Please also try to bring dark sunglasses with you. If you do not have dark sunglasses we will be happy to provide a pair at no charge.
In order to assist us in seeing you properly at the time of your visit we would like to ask that you please fill out the following information online. This will be transmitted to us in a secure manner and will obviate the need for you (and us) to spend time filling the forms out when you arrive.
The Goodman Eye Medical and Surgical Center is located at 145 West Street in Milford, MA.
The facility is handicapped accessible and is open Monday through Friday. As always, the clinical staff is available for emergencies in off-hours.
